A speciality recipe from Tuscany in Italy, this delicious slice has roasted nuts, glace fruit, chocolate, almond meal and honey straight from local bee keepers! While traditionally served at Christmas, it can be enjoyed all year round.
It is made and supplied by Boho Valley Produce, a small artisan bakery that specialises in gluten free biscuits. Using only gluten free ingredients, our biscuits are made in a totally gluten free kitchen and then wrapped in biodegradable cellophane. You don’t have to be coeliac to enjoy this little taste of Italy, but if you are, then rest assured that it is absolutely gluten free as well as delicious.
